體育科參加香港教育大學的武術教育推廣計劃

本校體育科參加了香港教育大學的武術教育推廣計劃，十分榮幸邀請到前香港武術精英運動員陳穗津女士到校指導同學。陳女士曾榮獲13枚世界武術錦標賽金牌、武術世界盃金牌以及杭州亞運會銅牌。活動當天，陳女士與三位武術教練為中四同學上武術體驗課。
武術不僅是一項體育活動，本校同學在專業教練的指導下，除了體會到堅毅和團隊合作的體育精神，也深入了解中華傳統文化的博大精深，更從中學習謙虛、仁慈和正義的武術涵養。
此次武術教育體驗課，獲得校長及價值教育與國家安全教育組的全力支持。教練們分享了武術的趣味故事，讓學生們積極參與訓練，並向校長展示了武術五式的學習成果。
