體育科邀請警察飛鏢會到校教授軟式飛鏢

本校體育科邀請警察飛鏢會到校教授軟式飛鏢，很榮幸能邀請四位來自香港警察飛鏢會專業教練，他們帶領學生學習這項運動。警察飛鏢會在本地及國際賽事中表現出色，今年更是成功奪得「紀律部隊國安盃金杯賽」的冠軍，載譽而歸。
教練們教授基本的投擲姿勢，包括站姿、瞄準、投擲和跟手技巧，並講解得分規則，涵蓋單倍、雙倍和三倍區域。此外，教練們還分享了軟式飛鏢在香港的發展情況，並鼓勵有潛力的學生朝職業方向發展。
活動中，學生們勇於嘗試，積極參與。許多學生在教練的指導下進行示範，展示了他們的學習成果，並享受這項運動的樂趣。這次活動不僅增強了學生的體育技能，還提升了他們的團隊合作精神和自信心。希望未來能有更多類似的機會，讓學生們在體育方面取得更進一步的進展。
