體育科邀請中國香港地壺總會到校教授地壺球

本校體育科非常榮幸邀請中國香港地壺總會派出多名專業教練，為我們的學生教授地壺球。這門運動的核心在於準確的投擲技術（包括力度、方向和旋轉控制）以及精密的戰術策略（如觀察、佈局和防守反擊）。再結合團隊溝通與協作，是趣味十足的團隊運動。
主要技術包括單手跪式、雙手跪式或步行推桿發球，強調身體平衡和肩臂垂直，以細膩的推力將石球送至目標區。這不僅考驗學生的技術，還需要團隊的默契合作和策略思考。
在課堂中，許多學生都是首次接觸地壺球便表現出濃厚興趣，積極投入練習和比賽。他們緊密合作，並在課堂上與教練充分互動，討論戰術和技巧。學生在學習過程中不僅提升了技術，促使他們勇於不斷挑戰自我。
學生們表示，希望未來能有更多的機會參與地壺球比賽，並進一步提升技術。我們期待在未來能舉辦更多的活動，讓更多學生參與這項具有挑戰性和趣味的運動！
