砥礪自強·昂首奮進——攜手共建明才人的圓夢舞台

兩年前，我們立足當下、放眼未來，定下三年發展總目標——「逆風飛翔，展翅成長」，為全校師生劃定了一段「尋夢、追夢、圓夢」的卓越旅程。

這是一段循序漸進、積厚成勢的成長階梯：

首年（2024–2025學年）——「乘風破浪，迎難而上」

我們致力鍛造學生的抗逆力與堅忍心態。我們深信：「非因希望而堅持，乃因堅持而見希望。」透過推動 “The Power of Yet” 的成長型思維，引導孩子在面對挑戰時展現不屈不撓的精神，為未來的成功奠定堅實的心智基石。

次年（2025–2026學年）——「揚才展賦，力學求進」

我們順勢推動潛能啟發，主張「天生我材必有用」。學校透過「四學架構」的系統支援，配合「自主學習獎勵計劃」，全方位鼓勵學生盡展所長、勇於求知，開展自主探索與卓越學習的里程。

邁向卓越：經緯交織與數字賦能

轉眼來到三年計劃的關鍵收官與飛躍之年，我們以*「砥礪自強·昂首奮進」*為前行號角。在鞏固過去兩年豐碩成果的基礎上，學校將以極具前瞻性的戰略佈局作未來發展：

• 以「明才人學習藍圖」為經：深化「四學架構」以推動學術與學習策略，讓課堂成為啟發智慧的主陣地；
• 以「明才人成長階梯」為緯：融入正向幸福教育，關注身心健康與品格涵養，讓關愛與希望伴隨每一位孩子成長；
• 以「數字教育」為翼：透過科技有效賦能，優化學與教生態，提升學校整體效能，引領學生邁向未來的數位時代。

正如聖經所言：「我豈沒有吩咐你嗎？你當剛強壯膽！不要懼怕，也不要驚惶；因為你無論往哪裏去，耶和華—你的神必與你同在。」（約書亞記 1:9）面對瞬息萬變的未來，我們期盼學生懷抱這份剛強與自信，砥礪品格、昂首前行。

凝聚合力：育一世之才

非洲有一句深具智慧的諺語：「集眾人之力，育一世之才」（It takes a village to raise a child）。教育是一項偉大的工程，單憑學校一己之力並不足夠。我們深信，每一位家長、校友及社會夥伴，都是學生成長路上不可或缺的堅實後盾。

展望新學年，期盼我們繼續同心合力，凝聚各方力量與資源，為明才孩子搭建更廣闊的舞台，助力每一位學生逆風飛翔、展翅高飛，成為具備國際視野與卓越品格的時代棟樑！

Striving for Self-Improvement, Forging Ahead with Pride — Building the Stage for Mingchoians‘ Dreams Together

Two years ago, with a vision rooted in the present and focused on the future, we established our three-year development plan under the overarching theme: “Soaring Against the Wind, Spreading Wings for Growth.” This set in motion a remarkable journey dedicated to guiding our students to “Dream, Pursue, and Achieve.”

This growth ladder has unfolded progressively and meaningfully:

Year One (2024–2025): “Riding the Wind, Soaring to Growth”

We focused on cultivating resilience and fortitude in our students. We firmly believe that “we do not persevere because there is hope; hope emerges because we persevere.” By embedding a growth mindset centered on “The Power of Yet,” we guided our children to demonstrate unyielding determination in the face of challenges, laying a solid psychological foundation for future success.

Year Two (2025–2026): “Unleashing Talents, Striving for Progress”

Building on that foundation, we championed talent development, affirming that every individual possesses unique strengths. Through the systematic support of our “Four-Dimensional Learning Framework” and the “Self-Directed Learning Scheme,” we encouraged students to fully unlock their potential and embark on a journey of self-directed discovery and academic excellence.

Striving for Excellence: Synergizing Strategy and Digital Empowerment

As we enter the pivotal final year of this three-year cycle, we take as our rallying cry: “Striving for Self-Improvement, Forging Ahead with Pride.” Consolidating the rich achievements of the past two years, the school will strategically take a forward-looking approach:

• Using the “MingChoians Learning Blueprint”as our longitude: Deepening academic and learning strategies through the “Four-Dimensional Learning Framework” to ensure the classroom remains the primary space for inspiring intellect and wisdom.
• Using the “MingChoians Growth Ladder” as our latitude: Integrating positive education and well-being into daily life, nurturing physical, mental, and moral character so that care and hope accompany every student throughout their growth.
• Using “Digital Education” as our wings: Harnessing technology to transform teaching and learning, elevating school effectiveness, and preparing our students to thrive in the digital age.

As the Scripture reminds us: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9) In a rapidly changing world, we encourage our students to embrace this strength and confidence, refine their character, and stride forward with pride.

Uniting Our Strengths: Nurturing the Next Generation

An African proverb wisely notes: “It takes a village to raise a child.” Education is a grand endeavor that no school can accomplish alone. We deeply believe that parents, alumni, and community partners are indispensable guardians on our students’ educational journeys.

Looking ahead to the new academic year, we invite all sectors of our community to join hands with us. Together, we will aggregate our strengths and resources to construct a broader stage for our SKHSSLMC students—empowering every student to soar against the wind, spread their wings, and become global-minded leaders of outstanding character!
